QMA Food Pantry


Quanah Ministerial Alliance provides food assistance to struggling households in the Quanah area. The pantry distributes food on the third Monday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon.

The pantry is funded by offerings from the Fifth Sunday Sings and operates under the supervision of pantry directory Sarah Tucker.

In order for a household to receive assistance from the Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry, the household must meet the following guidelines:

  1. An adult member of the house hold must complete and sign the:
    Household Qualification and Information Form
  2. The total of the household’s income sources, as defined by Section II of Ministerial Alliance Form FP1001, must not exceed the amount designated for the household size in Table 1.
  3. Each household must provide a proof of address and proof of income for all income sources listed on the household’s Form FP1001, Section II, including: full-time employment, part-time employment, SSI, SNAP, Food Stamps, HUD housing, unemployment compensation, worker’s compensation, veteran’s benefits, TANF, and child support.

The figures represented above are based on 150% of the Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines with a $35,000 cap. These figures are subject to change at the discretion of the Quanah Ministerial Alliance.
